I take this to prevent muscle breakdown and assist with fat burning, having it in the morning before breakfast. After a stable weight, it has begun to shift again, thank goodness. On the day I take it, I notice a chill in my extremities, yet I feel warmer throughout the day (I often feel cold even in August due to a sluggish gland). I began to sweat, with coldness at the start despite it being summer. My metabolism was poor, and I had a tendency to accumulate.
